Cupping
An anchient healing technique using special suction cups that affect deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. This modality helps relieve pain, improve circulation, promote relaxation and more.

Cupping benefits include: increased circulation, loosens tight muscles and stiffness, breaks up scar tissue, helps reduce pain caused from headaches and migraines. Cupping is not recommended if you are pregnant, diabetic, have a history of blood clots or currently taking blood thinners.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet. reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress. the theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. pressure applied to the foot to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body.
Graston
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization that can help relieve pain associated with scar tissue, knots and inflammation. This modality can promote faster recovery from injuries by increasing blood flow.
