Craniosacral therapy is a light touch therapy that directly addresses the nervous system through the membranes that surround our brain and spinal cord. it is very relaxing. this form of therapy helps to relieve tmj pain, migraines, back pain, neck pain, stress and anxiety. client will remain fully clothed during this service.

Cupping
Cupping Therapy is the application of negative pressure to the muscles by suction and is a great technique for those experiencing chronic muscle pain, trauma, and overuse. Suction pressure can be adjusted to the client's preference. The intensity of the marks depends on the level of stagnation in the area and can range from a bright red to dark purple. These marks can be visible for three days to a week.

Cupping benefits include: increased circulation, loosens tight muscles and stiffness, breaks up scar tissue, helps reduce pain caused from headaches and migraines. Cupping is not recommended if you are pregnant, diabetic, have a history of blood clots or currently taking blood thinners.
